What we collect

Only what's needed to deliver your groceries: your name, phone, email and delivery address. If you tap "Use my location" at checkout, we use it once to find your delivery zone — we never track you.

How we use it

To deliver your orders, contact you about them, and run your account, loyalty points and wishlist. Offers and notifications are sent only if you opt in. We never sell or rent your information to anyone — ever. Only our delivery rider sees your name, phone and address, so they can bring your order.

How we protect it

The whole site runs on HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored hashed (even we can't read them), and payment is cash or QR on delivery — so we never see or store card numbers. We use only essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart; no advertising trackers.

Your control

Update your details any time from your account. Want your data exported or deleted completely? One WhatsApp message and it's done within 7 days.
