Terms of Service

1. About us

VegeVista.pk ("VegeVista", "we", "us") delivers fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy and rations within our service areas in Korangi, Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order on vegevista.pk you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

• Minimum order value is PKR 299.
• Orders can be placed daily; the last order time for same-day delivery is 7 PM.
• You are responsible for providing a correct phone number and delivery address.
• We may decline or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or addresses outside our delivery zones — you will be informed and nothing will be charged.

3. Delivery

• Delivery hours are 9 AM – 7 PM, seven days a week.
• Choose "Deliver Now" for quick delivery, typically within 30–60 minutes, or pick a 2-hour time slot that suits you best.
• Delivery times are estimates — traffic, weather or high demand may cause delays. We'll keep you updated.
• Delivery fee depends on your zone and is shown before you place the order. Delivery is FREE above PKR 699 in most zones.
• If you're unavailable at delivery, our rider will call you. If we cannot reach you, the order may be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.

4. Prices & payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes.
• Fresh produce prices may change daily with the market; the price at the time you place your order is what you pay.
• Payment is Cash on Delivery, or scan the rider's QR code to pay via JazzCash / EasyPaisa.
• Promo codes and loyalty points are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn in case of misuse.

5. Freshness guarantee, returns & refunds

• Every item is handpicked the same morning. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled or missing, tell the rider on the spot or WhatsApp us at +92 314 2544991 within 24 hours with a photo.
• We will replace the item on the next delivery or refund its value — your choice.
• Because produce is perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind after delivery.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge from your Orders page while it is still pending or confirmed. Once the order is being prepared or is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled online — call or WhatsApp us and we'll do our best to help.

7. Your account

• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Loyalty points and referral rewards have no cash value and can only be redeemed against orders.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of promotions, or harassment of staff/riders.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to breach security, scraping data, placing fake orders, or posting offensive reviews. Product images are illustrative; actual produce may vary slightly in size and appearance (it's nature!).

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes & contact
